Onboarding
To kick start your project, we will schedule an initial consultation where we gather information about your style and how you want to live in your home. We will cover everything from your vision and budget to project timelines and expectations so that the process is simple and enjoyable from start to finish. This introductory meeting opens the door for strong communication and collaboration which results in making your dream design a reality. After we meet and goals are set, we will put together a LOA for you to review and sign, and then the fun begins!
Design Strategy
After we have gotten to really know you during onboarding, we use what we learned about your vision and goals to create a design personalized to you! In this phase we will put together a customized presentation of finishes, selections, and design boards to help you fully visualize the overall look and feel of the final product.
New Construction/Remodel: Together we will build your design from scratch with no detail overlooked. We will create plans for your spaces and select finishes including flooring, countertops, cabinetry, millwork, paint colors, lighting, and architectural detailing.
Decorating/Fluffing: We will help you select furnishings for your spaces including rugs, lighting, window treatments, wallpaper, paint colors, accessories and more.
Product Purchases & Project Management
In this stage proposals are accepted, and designs are approved. Leave the project coordination to us as we place orders on your behalf, ship them to our warehouse and track them until they arrive. Upon arrival, we give every item a “perfection inspection” and hold everything at our warehouse until it’s time for installation and for your design to come to life. While we work behind the scenes to gather all the different parts and pieces of your project, we’ll always keep you in the know every step of the way.
Installation
The time has come for your vision to become a reality! Furniture is delivered, window treatments are hung, rugs are laid, accessories get styled and art is installed. This is when we get to enjoy the fruits of our labor and welcome you to your “Home Sweet Home”!
